This notice covers the information you share with us through imbizo.ai — the “Book a demo” form and any demo link we send you. It is written to be short and true rather than exhaustive.

Who we are

Imbizo provides a grounded question-answering service for a company’s own documentation. For anything in this notice, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact us at hello@imbizo.ai.

What we collect, and why

The demo request form. Your name and work email, and optionally your company and a short message. We use these only to reply to your request and arrange a demo. The form’s hidden “website” field is a spam trap — if you are a person, you never see or fill it.
Demo links. If we send you a tokenised demo link, the questions you ask through it are processed to generate an answer from the sample documents loaded for that demo, and may be retained so we can improve the demo and follow up with you. A demo link is private to you; please don’t forward it.
Basic server logs. Like any website, our servers record standard request metadata (such as IP address and timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not use these to build advertising profiles.

Where it goes

Demo requests are delivered to our team by email. Documents, the search index and media for the product are stored in the EU, and answer generation runs on EU-hosted models under no-training terms. Some media processing (for example transcription and video-frame understanding) currently uses specialist providers outside that EU envelope — we tell you exactly which before you upload anything, and moving them into it is on our roadmap.

Our site loads fonts from Google’s font service, so your browser’s IP address is shared with Google when a page loads. If you would prefer we self-host fonts instead, tell us — we regard that as a reasonable request.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information.
We don’t share it with third parties except the processors needed to run the service (email delivery, hosting, and the model/media providers described above), each acting on our instructions.
We don’t use your demo-form details for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request messages for as long as we are in contact with you about a demo, and delete them when they are no longer needed. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email hello@imbizo.ai and we will respond without undue delay.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes that affect you will be communicated directly where we can.
